NetSign® for
Mobile
Extending the Use of CAC in the Mobile World
NetSign® for mobile expands the use of the Department of Defense
Common Access Card (CAC) to the Windows Mobile® environment.Developed
specifically for Windows Mobile-based devices, Saflink NetSign for mobile middleware
enables the CAC user to perform many of the same functions available on
the PC. Mobile users can digitally sign and encrypt/decrypt email, logon to secure Web sites and utilize other applications requiring
the CAC.
Extending PKI-based security and functionality to Windows Mobile devices,
NetSign for mobile protects the DoD investment in smart cards and improves
operational security for the Common Access Card program.
