Saflink Support's regular hours of operation are 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
NOTE: Customers who purchased a Saflink product through a reseller should first contact their reseller directly. Resellers provide first-tier support for all Saflink products.

Mission Statement

Saflink Support will provide all registered customers with tools, technical advice and services to maximize their return on an investment in Saflink products. We will accomplish this by building lasting relationships with customers through our commitment to:
