Biometric and Delegates tabs do not display in user properties

This article describes a known issue with SSE 1.1 and the user properties not displaying biometric administration tabs.
PRODUCTS
SAFsolution Enterprise 1.1 (all service pack levels)
- Microsoft Windows 2000 Server
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003
ISSUE
When using the Find function within AD Users and Computers, viewing a user's properties will not display the SAFsolution tabs (Biometrics, Delegates). These tabs are installed as part of the SAFsolution Admin Tools.
PROBLEM
This is a known issue with SAFsolution Enterprise 1.1 product that has been corrected in versions 1.2 and above.
RESOLUTION
Upgrading to the latest version of SAFsolution Enterprise Edition will resolve this issue.
As a workaround, you may open a user's properties from within the default (browsing view) of AD Users and Computers to obtain the Biometrics and Delegates SAFsolution tabs.
