* SAFaccess supports SAFremote Authenticator, an add-on module that allows users - via a Citrix® MetaFrame® or Citrix nFuse® session - to authenticate to Computer Associates eTrust SSO using a wide range of biometric devices. SAFaccess Biometric Service Provider (BSP) Modules:
- AuthenTec BSP Build 214_1_30_03
- Precise BSP Build 111_12_02_02
- SecuGen BSP (USB) version 7.1
- SecuGen BSP (Parallel) version 6.2.100
- Veridicom Finger BSP version 6.21
*Iridian BSP for use with the Panasonic Authenticam is
available for use with SAFaccess at an additional charge. Contact your local Saflink sales representative or SAFcertified Reseller for information.

product CD.

Known Issues =========================================================
1) eTrust assistant version must be upgraded to CA Assistant for eTrust v6.5 1012.
2) Badge Technology installers must be installed first on any
client or administrator workstation that will use badge technologies.
3) SecuGen USB drivers do not install with the BSP. These drivers, located on the SAFaccess CD, must be installed manually.

BSP Known Issues =========================================================
1) When using Authentec USB on Windows NT you must first
install BlueWater appsetup.exe file.
2) SecuGen USB is not supported on Windows NT.
