INFORMATION
Upon enrollment, you may receive an error message that reads:
Unable to display statistical information
The exact cause of this error is unknown, but it's only known to occur when using a HA-API version of the Iridian BSP (2.0 and below) in combination with SAFmodule 3.x versions.
The current version of SAFmodule (3.1 SP1) includes support for the BioAPI versions of the Iridian BSP (current version 1.1). Upgrading both your SAFmodule and Iridian software to the latest versions may resolve this issue.
