NMAS Error -1663 LCM Not Found

This article provides an explanation for an error that occurs when a SAFmodule client produces the mentioned NMAS error code.

INFORMATION



During logon, you may receive a -1663 LCM Not Found NMAS error. This error indicates the SAFmodule client or Biometric Service Provider (BSP) may not be installed properly.



To resolve this, verify that the SAFmodule client and BSP is installed locally. If you have updated or reinstalled the NetWare or NMAS clients, you must reinstall the SAFmodule client.
