INFORMATION



When using a SecuGen Hamster III device with the SecuGen BSP and drivers provided with your Saflink product, if the device is not recognized after driver installation, this may indicate that you may be using an old driver (version lower than 2.0).



To resolve this, visit the SecuGen website (http://www.secugen.com), or contact Saflink Technical Support to obtain the latest version of the SecuGen USB driver (v2.0 and above).
