Unable to self-enroll

This article describes a problem that may occur as a result of incorrect administrator account information in the SAFmodule License Manager.

INFORMATION
If a user is unable to self-enroll, it is possible the License Manager account information may be incorrect. This is often the case when the specified account password has expired but not been updated accordingly in the license manager. To correct this problem, update the password as necessary.
