LCM not present error after installing or upgrading NMAS client

This article discusses a problem that occurs as a result of installing the NMAS client after SAFmodule.

INFORMATION



The NMAS client install deletes registry keys created during the SAFmodule client installation. This breaks any associations between the NMAS client and SAFmodule software.



It is good practice to install the SAFmodule client last. If you are upgrading your NMAS client, you may remove SAFmodule prior to installing NMAS, and then reinstall once the NMAS client upgrade is complete.
