This article addresses correcting an error "NsOlExt.dll" with use of NetSign CAC and Outlook

Issue / Problem:
After uninstalling NetSign CAC and then opening Microsoft Outlook 200x, you may receive the following error message:
"The add-in :\Program Files\SSP Solutions\Netsign CAC\nsolext.dll could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect & Repair. You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file."
This behavior occurs if:
* NetSign CAC uninstall was interrupted in the middle of the uninstall not allowing for files to be removed or properly unregistered.
Solution:
To work around this behavior, delete the following file and reboot your system: C:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Extend.dat
